If you’ve ever held the wine list and felt a little lost, or a little nervous, this is for you. We’ll help you decode the wine list, look out for some potholes, and zero in on some good possibilities for your meal. Whether you’re in a business environment, on a date, or just out with friends, you’ll find the information valuable. This is offered for both wine and whiskey and runs about 30 minutes. It can be done alone or in conjunction with another course.

Here we dig deeper on your favorite grape(s) or one you want to get to know better. We’ll explore the effect of location, climate, and growing process, collectively known as terroir. This is just for wine and runs about 90 minutes.

Seen enough Cab, Merlot, Pinot, and Chardonnay for a little while? This wine only course takes you to places you might not be familiar with and grapes that you’re not used to seeing. Depending on how far you want to go, this is our most wide-ranging course. This course will run from 1-3 hours depending on your preferences.
